Boss has to scratch head if no money to pay at the end of the month... and worry bout the expenditure, overhead and at times, ONE MAN SHOW! Work like idiot to pay the workers :P
Got choice? be a housewife :)
Be a blogger that earns money shiok jugak! Happy happy shiok shiok... money in da bank :) Cheers

1. Your saving account more than 6 months of your salary? YES
2. If something bad happen and you cannot work anymore, what can you do?
I HAVE MY SAVINGS AND MY INSURANCE POLICIES.
3. What prevention you will do before it happens?
ALREADY. SCRIMPED & SAVED and BOUGHT LIFE & ACCIDENT INSURANCE.
P.S. Btw, I'm a worker...not a boss.
har... i am worker..
buy insurans lo.. =.=
like sui tua pui said... buy insurans.. life insurans, accident, sickness and etc... =.=
But insurance....put aside as much savings as possible. :p
I am worker also. All the while, I support woman to have their own career ge wor....and also be financially independent!
Merryn: yes, it is good to wait every end of month. But, if boss want to fire you suddenly? Boss has big responsible but he earn more money. for blogging, if you damn popular then income is good too but if not.... susah.
ChloeRuoyii agree some workers have same thinking like you. it is true but if you want more money, it is hard. I want to be home boss too.
Wendy: hehe buy new house is good but it is a commitment as well. if you not income suddenly, how u pay for the house loan? what is the solution you prepare for.
manglish: you always play safe. i guess this is apply to most of workers and bosses. as a boss, i dont think they willing to work for others after he be a boss before.
suituapui:You are great teacher and able to answer the question correctly! This is the answer for me too. This is the only way?
Donna: same apply to me. I think most of people will do this...
Tekkaus: insurance... nowadays, i realizes almost most of people not very anti insurance like before. Maybe, i need to change my job to be insurance agent gua hahaha
uLi: agree, it is better because every month not need get money from hubby.
oh... I just have to answer this... coz I have been a worker, and something 'good' happen that I have to stop work for a year.. the answer to your questions..
1. Your saving account more than 6 months of your salary? NO
2. If something bad happen and you cannot work anymore, what can you do? if I am not cripped, I can still work from home (I can bake)muahah.. if I am cripped, then my insurance is enough to survive me...
3. What prevention you will do before it happens? Hmmm... savings, insurance and continue to generate income and investment from the money you get from the insurance.. :D
Thank you Cynthia!
I will take your answer as one of my refer. But, i need to do something rather than bake :P Most of people, they bought insurance to cover them self. It is a good start, i feel lucky i did it as well.
Don't put all eggs in one basket. Saving enough to survive 6 months without working, I have. If buying a house, remember to buy loan insurance too. If get fired, can just do any work while looking for suitable work.
Ghosy Nana: Agree with ur opinion. but one things we never think about it... if our ages getting old, it is very difficult to find a job...
I'm a worker.
But my saving hasn't come to that much.
Something bad is covered with my life/saving policy and epf, fingers crossed.
Preventive measure = always stay safe and healthy, good HSE policy.
gus: i always be told to have this saving more secure. if you have family, i think epf and saving policy enough for this?
mmm not easy to stay safe and healthy boh... i know someone really care of their health but end up attack by cancer.
i'm a worker lo...
1. Your saving account more than 6 months of your salary? Yes
2. If something bad happen and you cannot work anymore, what can you do? if i am still able to work, i'll stay at home and sew to sell online! (my dream actualy). if i am no more able to work, i'll have to depend on my insurance & kwsp. for my kids, they have their eduplan to support their studies to some extent.
3. What prevention you will do before it happens? save more! make sure well insured. in case tai kat lai si, we already have a will to name my kids' guardian. think that's all we can do, other times take precautions/ be careful when able to... now life is more valuable when have family & kids :-).
BoeyJoey:wah... look like you are good financial mummy! I guess ur jobs scope is accountant right :p

Kelvin: er... u are student? i thought you are working in Sg.
Boss, coz I;m tired of working for lousy weirdo enslavering bosses. Prevention, hmmmmm to make sure we hv enough initial capital to sustain for a long period, and to calculate every risky move. Plus, there is no shortcut to making $$$...hard work! ;)

I'm a housewife. :P My husband is a worker.
1. Yes on husband's behalf.
2. We've been thinking to have our own business one day.
3. Insurance, savings and investment.
hey bro...if wife earn more than hubby...of course ask wife to work and we become houseman....i got friends like this...is normal
Gratitude: Good spirit! Hope to you become boss soon :) sure not easy things come with great outcome.
Mummy Gwen: Good to hear that your hubby know to manage his finance. wish your dream come true. almost all the people will buy insurance!
Via: hehehe i feel not confortable if my wife work outside and i be a houseman wakakaka
Worker or Bozz still you need reserves to last you at least more than 6 months. Life is so uncertain, worker may lose a job and bozz's biz may bungkus. Buy sufficient insurance, save heavily or invest wisely. Mama used to say 'store enough firewood for rainy days'. To retire comfortably one need at least a million RM and its scary to know not many has even reached half the amount before retirement..tQ.
Is this a trick question? :) Hehe..
Both have their own sets of advantages and disadvantages.
