I am one of your customer who quite frequently use your flight.
You can assume that this is complain/suggestion letter.
After travel with your airlines,
I feel damn tired, exhausted, bored & uncomfortable!
First,
Your plane's seat design is damn poor + awful!
I am not very tall guy but i really suffer whole night ~ 10 hours +.
I am really don't understand why you put a stupid box below the seat.
I am totally cannot straight my leg... feel terrible!
See! I cannot put my leg at all.
This is Singapore airlines. See with your big eye!
Second,
Your food are damn poor and not creative at all.
After 8 times i travel with your airlines,
I can say that your food are almost same!
Honestly, i feel want to vomit.
Hence, i rather hungry than take the disgusting food.
Beside, i wonder that have you think about people who are Buddhist?
Why you prepare the main meal with all beef contain?
Either Minced Beef or Grilled Beef.
Third,
You give me a big surprise!
When i read through the program magazine.
I found that there are a lot of new movies.
I am so happy about that.
When i try to search for the movie.
Wah! All shit!
I realize that all the movie i watched 5 months ago.
The movie totally not updated!
especially the X-men (first episode).
I think i rather sleep than watch again those movie!
I feel that Singapore airlines have 20 times more movie than you.
Forth,
Actually, i feel not comfortable to take flight.
And, i am very tired to take long hour plane.
I am don't what happen to the scheduler.
Please don't drive the plane for fun...
Why you need to make 2 big circle before landing?
By, a passenger who plan not to use your airlines services anymore!

Yeah why the big box under the seat that took away so much leg room as compared to the bottom spacious of SIA.

Honestly, in my life i only board a plane once and that also to Penang. it's a pretty short journey but i also facing prob like you, my legs cannot put straight simply bcos the seat is so small. i can imagine how bad it can be when you r in the plane for a long journey.
Hope next time they will cheer u up by improving their service.
I can't stand long flights! The most is 5 hours! After that, very restless! How to go UK or USA like this?!
