Be Cautious, Save Your Money

Less than 1 month, it is Chinese New Year 2011 festival.

Everyone are happy and exciting to welcome it.

But, we need to be more cautious and prevent we lose money to someone.

1. Make sure your car license or road tax renewed.

Reason: Police suddenly become so hardworking and ask coffee O from you.

2. Accompany with someone if you (lady) change money for preparing Ang Pao.

Reason: The monitoring under police is weaker because they are busy at the road block.  

Hence, this is the best time robber take action.

3. Think twice before spend money for unnecessary items.

Reason: Don't buy a lot of snacks/sweets which cannot finished after CNY.

4. If you go back hometown, temporarily stop the subscription of newspaper.

Reason: It is one of the symbol that thieves know that the owner is not around.

5. Increase your house security if you go back to your hometown.

Reason:  Nobody look after your house and our police become lazy during CNY.

How to improve your house security?

1. Install a alarm system.

2. Put all valuable items in a bank.

Customer Not Always Right

Today, I  received a call from my contractor.

He inform me that i need to have a HIV check certificate for apply 1 year Visa for Russia.

After check with few clinics, that we find out that this Hospital able to provide the result within 1 day.

We, 3 of us reach to this hospital at 1:30pm.

They inform us that doctor is available at 2:00pm.

After meet up with the doctor,

Doctor ask we to wait for taking blood sample.

And, we able to take the report by tomorrow.

Before that we need to pay the payment first.

After 1 hours for waiting they to call for paying the payment.

We are not patient to wait and feel want to complain them.

We ask them why take so long.

They answer us "them" haven't receive any information how much the cost.

We really tension and feel hungry too! (We haven't take our lunch yet)

We want to voice out our unsatisfactorily to them.

At this moment, we saw a notice hanging on the wall as below:

We are damn shocked!

What can we do and wait for another 40 minutes again!

We don't want be physically escorted out of the premises!

So, Are you agree with me that

This is not a post related to politics.

I just want to share some info with your guys.

As we know that petrol, sugar and Gas price increased. 

Hence, we need to figure out how to balance up our living cost.

1. Same brand, but different price at different shop?

Normally, I will buy bread from the mini supermarket like Chinese medicine shop.

The standard bread price is Rm2.30 right?

You can buy the same brand bread with Rm2.00 only.

It is same for milk powder, you can save more than few ringgit if you buy it from local market.

But, it is depend on the shop as well.

2. Select a good petrol brand?

With the same price of petrol, you better choice a better quality petrol for your car.

Hence, you can drive more distance and save more money.

You can try to pump different petrol and check how long the distance you can travel.

I have do an analysis and I found that Papaya petrol consume more than others.

3. Take less sugar.

It is a good news! 

Don't take outside drink. Just take a drink bottle with you all the times.

It indirectly reduce the possibility we attacked by diabetes!

4. Sharing car.

We not need to pay more toll to evil toll company.

We not need spend more petrol.

Less air pollution in our country.

And, we can reduce traffic jam as well.

5. Less shopping.

Buy whatever we need.

If not really necessary, then better don't buy.

6. Stay at home.

We owe people rm1.25 million

I am damn surprises than we owe people RM1.25 million.

This is not because i just bought a house worth this amount.

We not effort to buy a house like Zakaria's palace

For sure, we wish to have but we are not qualify to buy a car below:

Do you want to know why we owe people RM1.25 million?
Refer to previous newspaper information that our country owe bank 3620 billion.
And, population in our country until 2010 is 28.96 million.

Indirectly, each people in this country owe = RM3620,000,000,000/28,960,000 = RM125,000.
Total member in your family = RM125,000 x 10 = RM1.25 million.


Do you realizes that every new born baby in this country,
Immediately, they owe people a least RM125,000.

Don't worry i will not borrow money from you to clear this amount.
I understand that you owe this money as well.

Touch n Go

One day,

My friend picks me up and drives to office.

We are driving toward a toll station.

We stop behind a Volvo car.

She is trying to use her touch n go card.

But, it looks the system cannot recognize her card.

My friend act as heroes and come down from his car.

And, use his Touch n go card and touch the system.

The gate is open and the girl thank to him and drive away.

When my friend starts his car and try to use the card again.

It is not responding anymore.

Not choice... we have to press the intercom.

The operator told us, you should reverse and drive to another lane.

Touch n go card only apply for the system once?

Maybe, it will reset the memory of Touch n Go ID after certain times.

Do you will act like my friend helps that girl?

Istanbul Trip

If you transit at Istanbul Airport more than 10 hours,

It is very old trees but still grow so firmly.

You can hide yourself inside the tree as well.

There is a Kitchen which able fit 5000 people.

A lot invaluable items stored here.

The security is very high.  

From the viewer, you can see the another side of Istanbul.

Library - but not book inside????

It is a wonderful view - it is better you come over here.

It is a good place for honeymoon as well. Nice View.

You can see a lot of food stall around.

It is costs expensive as well. Hehehe

The view is look nice, but my lousy hand phone camera cannot perform to get more clear photos. : (

Most of the historical place is Mosque.

Most of the people's religion is Muslim.

The design is almost same like Church design in europe countries.

This is a statue which transport from Egypt.

It should be longer but cut to small portion.

Taste sure good - Free one boh... hehehe

It is just like a Maze.

You will lost if you don't have a good direction sense.

There are a lot of gate - in and out.

Buy a air ticket which you have 24 hours transit time.

Everyone can fly but Don't take late flight

Yesterday, I came back to KL at night.

I want to post here to remind myself again that I will never book late flight in future.

I have book a Aqua Airline and departure at 9:05pm.

It delay again until 9:45pm.

After 1 hour and 40 minutes,

I reached airport around 11:30pm.

I ask my wife to buy the taxi ticket first before 12:00am.

After 12:00am, I need to pay for 50% extra of the taxi fees.

Why I will never book late flight anymore?

I have experience many times of this situation but that moment I am single.

So, it is still OK for me.

Now, it is different story - Vanessa is on-board.

1st Reason.

I have experience flight delay almost 90% if I use Aqua airline.

The most terrible experience is waiting at airport from 5pm until midnight.

Almost 90% the reason why the flight delay because of technical problems!

If you like to eat burger, 

You will happy because they will give you a coupon if you stay in airport more than 4-5 hours.

About Money airline, I seldom face this kind of problems.

Maybe, I can summary that "Cheap-cheap not good, Good-good not cheap!"

2nd Reason.

Possible you need to pay extra taxi fees.

Maybe, you wonder that you can buy the taxi ticket as soon you come down from the plane.

Around 11:30pm, you buy the taxi ticket.

But, if you cannot take the taxi before 12:00pm.

You need to pay extra as well depend how tolerate they are.

Don't forget, if you have some luggages you need to wait for... hehehe.

I almost wait for 15 minutes for the luggages delivered out.

15 minutes to 12:00am... Rush hours. It is depend your luck again.

If your luggage is the last one come out, sorry friend your taxi ticket is not valid any more.

3rd Reason.

If I am taxi driver, I want to earn extra money as well.

I saw one driver (maybe) don't want to pick the normal rate taxi ticket.

And, he told the operator that his car tyre is "puncit'.

He will go to repair it and come again for next round.

So, he can earn extra money right.

When my turn, I was going to put my luggage inside the taxi.

3 ladies run and went inside the taxi and closed the door.

Mmmm... SO kiasu & kiasi more than me.

I  just say nothing because I am 100% sure that they will be kicked out from the taxi.

Yes, they come out after asked by the taxi driver.

Normally, it take around 45 minutes to 1 hour reach my house.

Because, the taxi driver want to earn more and drive back to airport for next rountine.

I realised that my taxi driver is Michael Schumacher.

I risk my family life here.

Only 30 minutes I reach my house.

It is good experience sit inside F1 car.

4th Reason.

Maybe, the weather at night is not stable - pressure.

Hence, baby will cry when there is different pressure occurs.

My daughter calm down after see an aunty sit behind me.

She said some magic words and my daughter calm down and sleep.

else I will be throw out from the plane by all the passengers.

5th Reason.

Damn tired!

Give me free air ticket, I will think twice!

Most Expensive Bread I buy during CNY

5th of Chinese New Year.

I came back from my friend's house.

I was going to buy a loaf bread for my wife at night (8pm).

She fall sick and doctor advised eat no oily food.

So, I tried to buy a bread for her.

A lot of shops still hibernated in Kuching.

I tried to find a loaf bread at supermarket but I cannot find it.

At end, I drove to a petrol station - P brand.

And, I manage to find it.

It costs me RM4.70.

And, the original price is RM2.30 and they put on another price tag on it.

I - a bit SOHAI and buy the bread as well. 

I thought this is imported bread from WM.

So, the price should a bit higher.

When I brought home the bread, I still don't know that I was tricked.

After i checked with my relatives that this bread sold here as RM2.30 as well.

Wah... They cheated me another RM2.40.

This is not the problem of the G brand company.

This is the problem created by the P brand shopper.

If I am not wrong,

I wish everyone "Happy Chinese New Year".

Today, I realise that vehicle is very important in our life.

It is difficult to go some places without car.

I have only one car in my home town and booked by my little brother.

No much places I can travel.

No much things I can do beside eat, sleep & watch movie.

Just feel a bit bored and snaps some photos.
